  • Ice cream isn’t something we can just throw in a package and send via regular shipping. There’s a lot involved in shipping something temperature controlled including specialized packaging material, dry ice, and expedited shipping. For shipping we charge exactly what it costs on our end.

    Please also keep in mind the world events that have occurred this year- the drastic rise of inflation and the increase in gas prices. These factors have caused shipping supplies and dry ice to become more expensive, and our carriers like FedEx and UPS have increased pricing on their services.

  • Due to the limited amount of prepackaged units produced, flavor substitutions are not available. All requests for substitution are automatically (and politely) declined.

  • Yes, there is a 6-unit minimum and maximum for all orders.

  • We ship your order in a fully-recyclable insulated cooler + carton with enough dry ice to keep your ice cream frozen during transit, and for a few hours after delivery. It is normal for the dry ice to have been fully sublimated (transformed from solid to vapor) by the time you open your package. But not to worry! Your ice cream will still be completely frozen.

  • Currently, we ship to all over the continental United States. We’re sorry, but at this time we don’t ship to Alaska.

  • We do not offer this option for our Online Pint Shop, but all our stores are open daily to service you in person. We also offer takeout here!

  • Our ice cream online is sold through “drops” and we only produced a limited amount of prepackaged units. Once an item is sold out, it will likely not be available again for a while. Please be sure to sign up to our mailing list here to be notified as soon as a drop or restock is announced.

    You’ll receive a shipping notification email from us once your order has been picked up by our carrier, as well as a separate email w/ tracking info from our carrier once your package has been picked up by our carrier, 1 - 2 days prior to its arrival so you’ll know when to expect the delivery.

  • Due to a limited amount of dry ice ordered for this particular "drop", shipment is time-sensitive, therefore we cannot ship any orders earlier or later than the date range noted above. Any inquires requesting an earlier or later delivery date are automatically (and politely) declined.

  • We authorize our carriers to deliver packages without a signature. Please keep in mind that you’ll want to move your ice cream to the freezer as quickly as possible after delivery! Unless your original delivery date was delayed, or your order was delivered to the wrong address, we are not responsible for melted pints due to packages being opened past 8:00pm on the date of your delivery.

  • Yes! Just reply to your shipping confirmation email with your gift message and we will add it to your order. We can even mark your shipment as a gift to omit all costs on the packaging slip. Please be sure to send your message as soon as possible. Once your order has been marked as fulfilled we can no longer add your message.

  • Once your order is placed you cannot modify your order. If you want to make any changes to your order you’ll need to cancel your order altogether by emailing us at orders@wanderlustcreamery.com. If your order has already been processed and packaged we can no longer cancel your order.

    You may place a new order, but please note that our inventory moves fast and your new order is still subject to availability.

  • Please email us immediately at orders@wanderlustcreamery.com and we will do our very best to update your shipping information before it’s too late. However please be aware that once your order is in process, we cannot change your shipping information or cancel your order.

  • Tracking numbers are created once a shipping label has been printed. The number starts tracking once the carrier has scanned your package during transit, which can occur anytime, 24 hours a day. If it has been more than 8 hours since receiving your tracking number, and your tracking number is still not working, please contact us via email. Otherwise, please wait until the initial 8 hours has passed before contacting us.

  • Once an order ships, the purchase is final. We do our best to ship your ice cream so it arrives frozen. If this is not the case, please reach out to orders@wanderlustcreamery.com. All merch sales are final.
